B&J has set up a Service Center to make it easier for you to manage your assets. At the Center, you can schedule the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance needed to maintain the value of your real estate assets. You can organize yourself through different types of services suitable for every type of real estate solution, whether they are intended for residential use, holiday homes, for themselves or to generate income. A special program has been designed for the "no problem" reopening of holiday homes.

The scheduling service will monitor deadlines, fulfillments, maintenance or supplies, allowing you to enjoy only the joys of your assets, entrusting the boring management to professionals.

Through the "courtesy" program you can offer your customers personalized services such as: transfers to and from ports and airports, or the galley service upon arrival, which will increase the attraction for your holiday homes.
