On-call services
On-call services can be entered into the operations center at any time during any period of the year.
The system will respond by evaluating the availability of technicians in case of an inspection or of operators in case of direct intervention.
The timing varies from case to case.
The teams responsible for vacation rentals, for example, are statistically busy in the same pre-season period.
Better planning will ensure desired intervention times.
